Great action shot! I'm thinking we need to work on getting the Holy Grail of pictures: a forearm and calf TOGETHER! It will be difficult, but I think we can do it. Maybe we should tell our men to assume the starting position of a track runner-type person: the calf and forearm would be perfectly paired!
Love sand castles and you're right - I couldn't think of anything more manly!
